What can the Storm Administrator do?

Storm Administrators can adjust the Storm's settings, change the template, run reports and more.

The person that creates a Storm is also its first Storm Administrator.

The Storm Administrator has access to multiple functions including those listed below:

SHARE:

•  Invite other users to access the Storm 

STORM SETUP:

• Rename the Storm

• Choose the Legend's color palette type

• Assign Number of Votes per Participant

• Reset Votes

• Show/Hide Idea Creator

• Show/Hide Position of Avatars in the Storm

• Edit Any Idea

• Enable/Lock Storm Chat

• Show/Hide Idea Creation Time

•  Add Storm Goals Description

TEMPLATE:

• Change the Storm Template

 REPORTS:

• Generate Reports — different reports are available depending on the subscription 

IMPORTS:

• Import ideas from Excel spreadsheets, CSV, and text files directly into Stormboard

OTHER:

• Delete any sticky

• Delete/Edit any comment

• Lock/unlock any sticky

• Close/Re-open the Team's Storms
