The Storm Administrator can send an email to every participant in his/her Storm if they would like the to join a meeting, collaboration, or check out the progress of a project. 

The participants you can email include: 

To perform this action:

  1. Click on the Actions button at the bottom of your Storm.
  2. Select Email Participats

   3.   Next, select who you would like to send the message to.
   4.   Type your message.
   5.   Click Send Message.

Here is an example of how the email will look: 

The Storm Administrator can perform this action as many times as he/she pleases.
