The Storm Administrator can send an email to every participant in his/her Storm if they would like the to join a meeting, collaboration, or check out the progress of a project.
The participants you can email include:
To perform this action:
Click on the Actions button at the bottom of the screen.
Select Email Storm Users
A window will pop up, giving several email options.
You can select who will be emailed.
Remember to Send Email!
