Can I email all of the participants in my Storm?

Use the Actions menu to email all participants from a Storm.

The Storm Administrator can send an email to every participant in his/her Storm if they would like the to join a meeting, collaboration, or check out the progress of a project. 

The participants you can email include: 

• Contributors

• Viewers

• Invited Users

To perform this action:

1. Click on the Actions button at the bottom of the screen.

2. Select Email Storm Users

A window will pop up, giving several email options.

• You can select who will be emailed.

• Remember to Send Email!
  

Here is an example of how the email will look: 

The Storm Administrator can perform this action as many times as they please.
