What happens when you re-open a Storm that had been closed?
Re-opening a Storm gives contributors access and re-enables them on your team.
When you re-open a Storm, all users are automatically re-enabled on your team and billing charges will apply for all paid subscriptions.
Note:

All the users in that Storm will be able to actively participate in it again.

They can contribute ideas, comment, assign tasks, connect ideas, etc.
