How to Tag Someone in a Storm Chat or a Sticky Note comment
Use the @ symbol to notify another contributor of a comment or chat conversation.
If someone you are collaborating with in a Storm is not currently in the Storm, you can tag them in a comment or in the Storm's chat to get their attention.
In the text box at the bottom of the Comments or Chat panel:

Add the "@" and start typing the person's name you want to address the message to.
2. A drop down dialogue with a list of participants will appear.
3. Select who you are looking for and continue typing your message.
4. The person tagged will receive a notification on their dashboard and by email.
