How to Reassign or Reclaim Storms from a Banned User's Account
Team Administrators can assign unclaimed Storms created on a banned user's account to another user on the team.
Assigning unclaimed Storms allows you to gain access to Storms created by a user that has since been banned from the Team.
To reassign Storms from a banned user:
-
Go to My Account and click on your Team's name in the left panel.
-
Click the Unclaimed Storms tab.
-
Click Assign Storm next to the Storm you'd like to reassign.

In the menu that opens:
-
Search for the name of the Team member you'd like to assign the Storm to.
-
Click their name in the drop-down menu that appears below the search field.
-
Checking the Open Storm checkbox will re-open the Storm and re-enable any users in that Storm. Unchecking this box will leave the Storm closed.
-
Click the Assign button.

Repeat the above steps for each Storm you would like to reassign.
