How can I convert someone in my Storm to a Storm Administrator?
Storm Administrators can assign different access permissions to users in a Storm by using the 'Manage Storm Users' menu.
Note:
- This feature is exclusive to our Business and Enterprise subscribers.
- Only the Storm Administrator can perform this action.
- The creator of the Storm is a Storm Administrator by default.
To grant specific access rights to other users in your Storm:
-
Click the Actions button at the bottom of the screen.
-
Click the Manage Storm Users button.
In the Manage Storm Users menu:
-
The users will be listed on the left.
-
Select the drop down menu on the right to access the options for each user.
-
Users can be assigned to Storm Administrator, Contributor, or Viewer.
-
You can also remove users from your Storm by selecting the X.
-
You can also Invite Users from this screen too!
