How to Reassign or Reclaim Storms from a Deleted User's Account

Team Administrators can assign unclaimed Storms created on a deleted user's account to another user on the team.

Assigning unclaimed Storms allows you to gain access to Storms created by a user that has since been deleted from the Team.

To reassign Storms from a deleted user:

  1. Go to My Account and click on your Team's name in the left panel.

  2. Click the Storms tab.

  3. Click Open Storms for the drop-down menu to appear, now click on Unclaimed Storms.

  4. A list of the unclaimed Storms in the Team will appear and the Team Administrator can now assign new ownership.

Repeat the above steps for each Storm you would like to reassign.
