To see a sticky note's history:
Click on the sticky note to open its options menu and select Sticky History.
When you click on Sticky History it will show you:
( 1 ) Who made the change
( 2 ) When it was made
( 3 ) What changed
( 4 ) From what
( 5 ) To what
