How does the pricing/billing work?

Stormboard is priced per user and can be billed monthly or annually.

Stormboard is priced per enabled user (member) on your team. When someone joins a Storm on your team as a contributor, they are automatically added to your team and your bill. 

Monthly Business subscriptions are billed at the end of the month for the number of enabled members in that month.

For an Annual subscription, you pick a set number of seats and that is the maximum number of people you can have on your team at once. If you need more seats you can either disable members and replace them, or purchase more seats at a pro-rated rate.
