      How do I convert a Guest to a Member?

      Note: This function is available to Team Administrators.

      Note: The user will maintain their permissions in their Storms on conversion, making it smooth transition to the Member role. If they were a Guest Contributor in a Storm (on Enterprise) they will have Contributor permissions after conversion.

      Convert a Guest to a Member via account settings:

      1. Go to your Account settings.
        1. Hover over your profile picture in the top right corner of your Dashboard.
        2. Click 'My Account'.

      2. Click your Team's Name under My Teams in the left-hand side menu of the My Account settings page.
        1. Click on the 'Users' tab. This will list all the users on your selected team.
      3. Locate the Guest you'd like to convert to a Member (you can use the search bar to search for them by name).
        1. Click the '...' menu icon on the right-hand side of the user you would like to convert.
        2. Select 'Convert to Member'.
