Unable to Connect to Realtime Server

If you receive this error message when logging into a Storm, it typically means that you are behind a firewall that is blocking a connection to our Realtime Server.

Our Realtime Server handles all the realtime actions in Stormboard such as adding, moving, and deleting ideas.

Steps to Resolve this issue:

  1. Refresh your screen to see if it was a temporary connectivity issue.

  2. Contact your IT department or administrator and request that they add a firewall rule to allow: https://realtime2.stormboard.com

  3. Contact Stormboard support.
