Within a Storm, Members can be assigned any of the following Storm access levels:
Storm Administrator
Contributor
Viewer
Members can:
Create Storms
Create folders
Invite Guests to Storms
Invite Members to Storms (If Member Invite Privileges are enabled)
Participate actively in Storms where they are a Contributor or Storm Administrator
