Go to your Dashboard:
Select the Closed Storms menu at the top of your Storm list.
You can re-open any Storm by clicking the '...' icon in the bottom right of a closed Storm and selecting Re-open Storm.
How can I access my Closed Storms?
Your Closed Storms can be found by adjusting your Dashboard's 'Show' filter.
