Subscribe to an Enterprise Plan to enable multiple Team Administrators.
Multiple Team Administrators is a feature exclusive to our Enterprise subscribers.
Team Administrators have the ability to manage the team internally.
Having multiple Team Administrators allows more people on your team to have the ability to manage and perform administrative tasks. This helps your team be more efficient and promotes collaboration.
Team Administrators are able to modify the:
Team's profile: e-mails, company/team's name, payment information.
Team's setting: change/cancel Subscription.
User info: reset passwords, remove/delete user(s), grant member invitation privilege.
Storms: search, close/re-open.
Billing info: history, bills, etc.
Reports: generate detailed team usage report.
