How to Lock and Unlock Your Sticky Notes

Sticky notes can be locked to prevent users from editing the content or moving them to a different area of your Storm. Only the Storm Administrator or sticky note creator can lock or unlock sticky notes.

Here's how:

  1. Click on the sticky note you want to lock to open the sticky note menu.

  2. Click "Lock Sticky" (or "Lock Whiteboard" if you are locking a whiteboard sticky note).

  3. A red pin will appear at the top of the sticky note.

  4. Click once on the note to unlock it so that you can move or edit it again.
