These are the Reporting Options available:
A visual representation of the words most commonly used in a Storm. The Wordle report lets you shuffle the words around to get a different layout and is easy to download. Users also have the ability to add this report to the Storm it is generated from with one click.
All the stickies that have tasks assigned to them are exported to an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet includes columns for:
- Due dates
- Date completed
- Assigned to
The Votes Report focuses on the ideas in your Storm that have been voted on. It summarizes the data in your Storm by Top Ideas (total votes), Favorite Ideas (unique votes), and a Vote Summary that shows who voted for what.
The Wall View report preserves the visual nature of your Storm — it is basically a snapshot of what appears on your screen.
Excel Report (Stats)
Exporting all the data from your Storm to a spreadsheet (XLS) will give you all the power of Excel for analyzing your Storm. This report includes:
- The number of ideas created and any comments on them.
- Any Tasks assigned and completed.
- The number of sessions.
- Unique identifiers.
Word Document (Meeting Minutes)
This report includes Usage Data, Ideas, Comments, and Vote count for a Storm, nicely formatted in a Word document.
It also includes some great statistics about your Storm including:
- A table of contents.
- Breakdown of ideas by section.
- Votes breakdown in detail.
- Spreadsheet sections.
- Tasks summary (complete/incomplete).
- The option to print to a PDF.
This report exports each of the sections of a Storm as a slide within a PowerPoint presentation. The heading of each section is placed at the top of the slide and the information from each sticky note and index card is listed below. Some things to note:
- All image thumbnails are included in the PPT export.
- If the thumbnail is a video you can click the thumbnail and it will take you to the video on YouTube. (Note: This only works if you are in presentation mode).
The Outline report exports to a web page (html) as a list which includes the section headings with the sticky notes and index cards nested beneath them.
JSON, XML and OPML
These exports give you your Storm data in three popular data interchange formats. These exports include all ideas, index cards, and all ideas inside those index cards.
